Donna’s extensive qualifications include an MSc in Restorative Practices from the University of Ulster, coupled with a commendable career spanning positions working in youth justice and in care for offenders.  Her leadership has impacted hundreds of young lives, bringing innovative restorative practices to the criminal justice system, enhancing social capital, and promoting community-centered approaches to justice. Her commitment to public service is evident from her years managing high-stakes projects and training teams across Northern Ireland.
